The Lewiston High School Student Services Staff works hard to connect students and families with supports which help to make education more easily accessible. We work closely with organizations in our school and in the greater Lewiston-Auburn community to help students meet their full potential.

School Based Health Center

With a signed registration form  and current health information provided the following are accessible during school hours:


  1. Over the counter medications

  2. Acute care

  3. Chronic health needs

  4. immunizations

  5. Mental health intervention and counseling

  6. Teen screen- a tool used to assess possible issues for teens

  7. Tooth Fairies- dental cleanings, sealants and referrals


McKinney-Vento Program

Lewiston Public Schools has two McKinney-Vento liaisons and additional staff working to help keep students successfully enrolled in and attending school.  Assistance may include basic needs such as clothing, toiletries and hygiene items, access to a food pantry, school supplies, and referrals for other needed supports such as targeted case management and medical services.
